WTOP, Washington D.C.’s premier news radio station contacted OLS when their lease was coming to an end, management knew there would be many complexities and challenges and OLS was able to provide end-to-end project management that left WTOPs team satisfied that they could turn the space back over to the landlord and meet all end-of-lease obligations.

This project was brought to us just a week before it needed to be completed. With 12 offices, 9 workstations, a large boardroom with guest seating, training rooms, and meeting rooms all with seating and ancillary products. We devised a plan to have them out in short order.
