Notable Project, U.S. Green Building Council
OLS was hired to manage the liquidation and removal of excess assets from the USGCB in Washington DC. The goal for this historical building was to have a zero-landfill liquidation; we were able to achieve the client’s goals by selling, donating, and recycling equipment and furniture.
Earth Day | 2021
At OLS, every day is Earth Day. In the 30 years we have been in business, we have created 3,485 project numbers, worked with 1,455 clients, and kept approximately 75% of the 225 million square feet of liquidated commercial space away from landfills. Notable Project, Generator Project
OLS completed a project recently by removing 5 large generators from a building scheduled to be torn down in Northern Virginia. The “relics” from around 1985 required the creativity and logistics that OLS is known for. We pride ourselves in finding most time and cost-effective form of removal- no matter the project!

The Good to Go Green Program aims to provide sustainable options for managing excess corporate assets. Together with our clients, we discuss how to handle the removal of each asset group, whether you want to donate, recycle, give away, sell, dispose or convert waste to energy. The ultimate goal to is to minimize landfill contributions through re-purposing 90-95% of assets for future use.
